Directory information

Wildfire Navigator is an informational directory. A listing is not an endorsement, approval, warranty, or guarantee of a provider’s quality, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, classifications, or suitability for a particular project. Business information can change. Homeowners should verify current details directly with the provider and applicable licensing and permitting authorities before hiring.

Featured listings

Featured listings are paid or promotional placements and are clearly labeled. Featured status affects visibility, not our representation of provider quality or project suitability.

Usage measurement

We use Google Analytics and first-party measurement to understand aggregate site activity, such as page visits, searches, provider-profile views, submissions, and outbound website, phone, or email actions. These records may include an anonymous browser and session identifier, page path, provider, category, action, and timestamp. We do not send form contact details, project descriptions, or free-text search content to Google Analytics, and we do not sell analytics identifiers.

Homeowner requests and listing submissions

A homeowner request includes the location, requested service, project description, timeframe, consent, and contact details supplied through the form. During launch, requests are reviewed and matched manually. Information may be shared with relevant providers as described in the form consent. Featured-interest and provider-listing forms store the submitted business and contact information for follow-up and review. Do not submit sensitive information. Listing submissions remain pending until reviewed.

Terms of use

Use the directory only for lawful requests and evaluate providers independently. Do not submit false business information, abusive material, sensitive personal data, or emergency reports. We may review, correct, decline, or remove submissions and listings.

Wildfire and construction decisions

This directory does not provide engineering, fire-safety, legal, insurance, code-compliance, or property-risk advice. Contractors and homeowners remain responsible for project scope, contracts, permits, licensing checks, insurance, and professional advice.
